I know it seems like us cats are never grateful for what we have. You lavish us with toys which we get bored of after five seconds. You put food in our bowls but right after eating we're meowing for more. You put a roof over our heads and we scratch everything we can get our claws into. We know it sounds bad, but we're sorry, okay? We promise to show enthusiasm and purr extra loudly on Turkey-giving Day.
And here's a list of things I love. I mean, here's a list of things I'm thankful for:
1. Balled-up aluminum foil
2. Catnip toys
3. Smelly shoes (and shoelaces too)
4. Wool sweaters
5. Heated floors
6. Handbags for digging through or lying on
7. Weekend cuddles
