Our products are designed in California and then manufactured with some of the most highly skilled workforce in either the USA, Italy or China.
Our eco-friendly plush filling found in our plush toys and most pet beds is non-toxic and made from 100% post-consumer certified-safe recycled plastic bottles. To date we've saved over 10 million plastic bottles from the landfill. Learn more here.
Each bed has a sizing chart to see which bed is the best fit! We recommend sizing up if you are torn between two sizes especially if your pet is at or near the top of the weight range of the smaller size. Also, be sure to take into account your pet's sleeping style.
All of our beds are machine washable and dryer friendly with the exception for our Outdoor Beds. Our Outdoor Beds just need a simple hose down or spot clean and can be left out to dry. Plus, our plush toys can be washed too! Click here to view our care instructions page
No, our products do not contain flame retardants such as TDCPP (chlorinated Tris), PentaBDE (pentabrominated diphenyl ether), Firemaster 550 or any toxic chemicals. Our ZoomieRex Collection offers three toy designs that your chewer will love! While plush toys may not be the best option for a pup who loves to chew, our Fetching Flock and new Canine Commute Plush Toy Sets come with our PLAYguard protective liner to limit messes during a rough play time sesh.
Our American Classic Fried Chicken, Puppy Love Barking Bubbly and Tropical Paradise Canine Cerveza plush toys contain a giggle stick instead of a squeaker to give the toy a funny, enticing sound when tossed around!
Tough, durable toys like our ZoomieRex toys and Rope toys are great for puppies as their teeth are extra sharp and will most likely destroy even the toughest plush toy. Having a tougher toy for them to gnaw on will also feel good on their teething gums!

Yes! You’ve asked and we’ve heard you! We now have e-gift cards available on our website here.
Gift cards are delivered by email and have no additional processing fees. Keep in mind the email used during checkout will receive the gift card. If intending to send as a gift, be sure to click the "Schedule Gift Card" button located in the email where you can then choose to send immediately or schedule for a later date and time, as well as personalize it.
This could be due to using multiple codes for one order. At this time, we are only able to honor one promo code per transaction. If you are only using one code, make sure you enter the code in the "gift card or discount code” box area on the right hand side of the screen at check out. Also, it's important to note that discounts will not work on sale items, bundles and newly released products. Shipping & Returns
Yes! Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click on the "International Checkout" button in your cart. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is placed, all inquiries about your order should be directed to GlobalShopex at customerservice@globalshopex.com or 855-848-8804
For regular FedEx Ground and all USPS orders, orders take 2 business days to process at our warehouses and will be shipped the following business day according to the method of shipping selected*. For example, if an order is submitted on a Saturday with FedEx Ground or USPS as a method of shipment, it will be shipped on the following Wednesday. For FedEx 3-Day or 2-Day shipping, the order will be shipped the same business day if the order was submitted before 8 AM PST. Expedited orders received after this cut-off will be shipped the following business day. Please allow slight delays with the holiday season. Orders can only be shipped and processed on regular business days as our warehouses are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.

If you need to make a change to your order, please call us at 855-300-7529 or email us at info@petplay.com immediately so we can try to adjust the order before it ships. We will do our best to make the change but cannot make any promises that the change will go into effect.
Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow up with the delivery service to seek more information regarding the status of your delivery.

Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder as sometimes that is where emails containing tracking information can end up. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a $9 restocking fee. Return shipping costs can vary widely depending on type of item and shipping origin.
Refunds are always issued to a customer in the currency that they used to pay for the order. Keep in mind that currency conversion rates fluctuate, the rate at the time of the payment is often different from the rate at the time of the refund.
